i enjoyed my xmas stay. the hotel offered various activities. i watched my husband learn muay thai from mr aod after breakfast. the xmas evening was pleasant, and i recommend this hotel.
the spa promotion i booked was confusing. the receptionist tried to change my package, and the manager was unaware of the details. there was no sincere apology for the issue, even after i reported it.

Breakfast included diverse options, both thai and international, with fresh ingredients and tasty dishes. The restaurant provided food service, yet some items were too spicy, even when mild spice levels were requested. the food was delicious!

The breakfast was great with plenty of variety. i liked the large fridge and freezer in the room. It was great for storing drinks etc. the beach was great with natural shade from the trees and umbrellas!!! the rooms were very spacious.
I found the pillows uncomfortable. The filling was lumpy.

I enjoyed the multiple pools available. There were four in total. finding an available beach bed was never a problem (that was a pleasant surprise!).
The reception staff seemed a bit preoccupied. Some were constantly looking at their computers (it lacked a personal touch). the check-in process focused more on the app they wanted me to download. (i didn't get much information otherwise).

the staff were always friendly and willing to help with anything i needed. our room had direct access to the pool, a amazing convenience.. it made swimming so easy. the cleanliness throughout the resort was also consistently maintained.
